I took a picture just like this a few months ago when i lost 6 lbs. I’ve now lost a total of 21 lbs. There were times when i was very emotional about not seeing results. But it made me even commit more to make change. I started to research and learn more about eating heathy and with more balance. Im happy to post and share another 10 lb goal met. On to the next 10 lbs.
